NEW CLIENT POLICY

​

-All new clients will REQUIRE a consultation with booking any service.

​

-Upon booking, the system will prompt you to pay entire amount of your service.

​

-There is a $50 charge for appointments that are canceled less than 24hrs before the appointment that was scheduled.

​

-You will receive an appointment email after booking, please fill out the online consultation form.   

​

-Failure to complete the consultation form will delay your consultation & skin assessment.

​

-If you do not CONFIRM your appointment via email, 24 hours prior, your appointment will be canceled.

​

-If you cancel your CONFIRMED appointment on the same day as your appointment you will be charged the full price 100% of that appointment.

​

RETURN CLIENT POLICY

​

-Confirm your appointment 24hrs prior to the appointment .

​

-If you cancel your appointment on the day of the appointment, you will be charged the full 100% of the appointment.

​

-If you were a no show or canceled your last appointment and your card on file was declined, you will not be able to rebook until the balance is paid.

​

Booking Appointments - All appointments with set prices are booked ON-LINE.  Services with price ranges- Please call for consultation to set price.

​

CANCELING APPOINTMENTS - If you need to cancel an appointment you booked please log into your account to do so.  No appointments will be booked or canceled via emails, texts or calls.  If you need to cancel your appointment within the cancelation policy, the system will not allow you to do so if it is within 24 hours.  Please text Gina @ 914-490-7686 for assistance with canceling. Note -be advised you will be charged the late or same day cancelation fee upon canceling.

CANCELATION POLICY - Please be advised that rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your current appointment is the SAME as canceling.

​

-LATE CANCELLATION - All late cancellations ( within 24 hours of your appointment) is subject to 50% of the service booked. For example : If you have an appointment scheduled at 11 am and you cancel at 5 pm the evening before, that is considered a late cancelation.

​

-SAME DAY CANCELLATION - Same day cancellations are subject to 100% (of the service scheduled) cancellation fee. Same-day Cancellations are treated as NO-Shows.

​

-NO-SHOW POLICY - All no show appointments will be subject to a 100% (full price of the service scheduled) no-show fee. 

​

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT - Please arrive on time. For safety reasons no kids or pets allowed.

OTHER POLICIES

​

PREGNANCY -NO laser services will be done on pregnant or lactating women. 

​

SICK/COLD/FLU/VIRUS - If you have an appointment scheduled and are feeling under the weather, sick, flu-like , please notify Gina immediately by text 914-490-7686.

​

BAD WEATHER - If you have a scheduled appointment on a day with bad weather and it will not be safe to travel, you can cancel your appointment on the same day of your appointment and will not be charged. Safety is top priority for Beautiful Beauty Laser.
